SUPERNOVA RISING 

DEPICTING THE FANTASTICAL SCENE OF SUPERNOVAS SHINING SIMULTANEOUSLY AT BOTH POLES IN THE FUTURE WORLD

Located at the northeast entrance atrium of Shenzhen Bay Wisdom Plaza, the design follows the concept of combining urban and natural elements, depicting the fantastical scene of supernovas shining simultaneously at both poles in the future world, with the sun rising in the east and the moon setting in the west.

The art installation uses overlapping linear light strips to create a gradient halo visual effect. Over time, the installation can display different time trajectories, showcasing the interweaving of sunlight and moonlight, symbolizing the alternation of life's light and shadows. In the post-pandemic era, it hopes to reshape the deep desire for a beautiful life, providing endless hope for reality and the future.
